• Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to two days  before the arrival date are without charge.
  
  
• In the event of a cancellation or no show after this time, the first night stay will be charged to your card
  
  
• Children under two years of age are without charge when using existing beds. Children up to the age of twelve are charged £10.00 GP per night. All children over the age of twelve are charged full price.
  
  
• We are sorry but we do not allow pets to stay.
  
  
• We do not take single sex group bookings. If booking three rooms or more please call us on 01934 624700 to confirm your booking.
  
  
• WiFi is available throughout the building and is without charge.
  
  
• On site private parking is available.
